I, Aulia Djunaedi (Olia) the professor in charge of GC Zone Yangsan.

I like to use Ted Short Vox in making listening materials.

They make videos of short documentaries about tools phrases.

It is very short but educative.

This is one of the short listening activities that I like.

What we do:

1. Firstly, we watch the video at normal speed without subtitles.

2. Second, we fill in the blanks individually while having the video play at a slower speed without subtitles.

3. Then we play the video again at the normal speed with subtitles together.

4. The students read the script in turns lastly,

5. Having a light discussion about it.
