| <div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div> I arrived in the Philippines 2 months ago. I can’t believe that I have only 3 weeks left here…. The first day which I departed from Korea, I didn’t have any friends and got a little worry about the life in a different environment. So I had half expectations and half worries. Actually the first week was hard. At that time I felt like I stayed here for almost two months but actually it was just one week. New people who became my classmates were studying more than 9 hours every day except weekends. This new way of living made me tired. September and October was rainy season, so I couldn’t go out anywhere I wanted to go on weekends. This made me feel more stressful but I overcame it because I made some friends I eventually got used to it. I have never felt bored in any of my classes. Teachers were kind, funny and had passion of teaching us. Most of the time I use English in classes so sometimes I felt I’m improving! And when teachers told to me that my English is better than before, I realized that joining this program is worth it. I don’t think I only learned English here. I got confidence to speak in English and explain my feeling or opinions to others better than before. Also I’m happy to have an experience to get known other cultures. I’m really going to miss this place. All teachers, foods, Olongapo city and my favorite places…. I hope I could come back here again someday. |
