| Hi! I’m Amanda. This week my last week in Bacolod. I think time is very fast. 3 month had passed very quickly. I learned about manything in Bacolod. First, of course English. I had 2 hours group class and 4 hours man to man classes every day. Man to man classes are composed of speaking, listening, reading, writing. I think speaking and writing are especially helpful for me. Second, I learned about Philippines’ culture. I’m very shocked when I heard that divorce is not allowed in the Philippines. In Korea, divorce is very common and divorce is very easy, so I’m very shocked. Also, I think Filipinos are open mind because Philippines was colonized by Spain. But Filipinos are also same with Koreans, case by case. Finally, I learned about life in the other county. I stayed here in the Philippines about 3 months. This is first the time that I stayed other country, so now, I know what will I bring from korea to other country and what item should be a must. Hence, this experiece is very good for me. I learned a lot about English, culture and life in the other country. So I really recommend this program. |
