| After arriving in Philippines, I went to SM Mall to buy daily necessities.It was a department store with many stores as well as daily necessities.Strangely enough, there were so many employees at the mart. Compared to me, there are only one or two employees who pay for Korea, but there were a lot of people who hold the cart, employees who take out carts, employees who press the elevator, etc. There were also people who had nothing to do because they had many employees. So I wondered why Mart used so many people and black people and why Mart used so many people.So after the same time, I looked into Philippine wages and they were 300,000 won the minimum monthly wage in the Philippines.It was 1/6-1/7 of our country.And I heard that there are many people who can't get it either. So I have to live at 30,000 won per day, but there are many places where I went on strike because it was too hard.And many people in the Philippines make a living by tipping because their salary is small. I thought it was hard to make a living in any country. And since salary is not expensive in the position of the business owner, I think it will be used a lot for the convenience of the customers. However, working in blue vests didn't seem human rights.Also, the system was so difficult that it did not feel so comfortable even if there were many employees. So far, the Philippines has been more passive than automated. I think this result was made by a large population, few jobs, and cheap labor. I think this is experience that can be done in Philippines. |
