<div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div>This is my first time to go abroad just to study English. I know that English is an important language, but I could not easily apply this into practice. I started studying English and promised to be good at it. One day, my university offered its students to go to the Philippines to study Engish so I went there and I decided to do my best to master this language. I am now in my 4th year in university And soon I'll get a job. I have three goals in going to the Philippines. The first one is to have confidence in speaking English. Second is to use English in my daily conversation and lastly, to get a high score in TOEIC these are my goals... While studying here in the Philippines, Ive also discovered a lot of things about this country. I didnt know that it's too hot here. There are also Many insects which have been reluctant to eat meals. it was March 28 when I received my class schedule. Subjects are basic grammar, speaking, multimedia listening, vocabulary, essays, and self Study...Really Tight schedule! so I wonder "When will this end?" At first, I don't know how to express my feeling in English But upon seeing the smiles of my Filipino teachers and receiving their warmth, I started to feel at ease and comfortable. step by step, Im learning English. Teachers always encourage me to express my opinions. They are always considerate whenever I cant answer the question. And they are always ready to listen to my short stories. Then I'm getting more confidence, more to say. As an evaluation of whether I achieve my goals or not, im glad to say that I did it. my speaking skill have improved especially vocabulary and grammar. My TOEIC score increased because we have to take TOEIC test once a week. Staying in The Philippines for 3 months really helped me improve my English skill. I am proud to say that I become more passionate in learning english. I have to go back to Korea. I will certainly continue studying English. I want to fulfill their dreams. however, I don't know when I will come back to the Philippines. I will miss my teachers and all the things Ive experienced here. I will never forget everything about this country. I'm going to have good opportunities with the help of these experiences in a foreign land. To my beloved Philippines...Bye |
