<div style="display:none">fiogf49gjkf0d</div>My mobile phone wakes me up at 07:00 a.m. But it’s too difficult to get up at the time. So I usually set my alarm clock for some different times. As soon as I get up, I jog around here, and then I go to the TEC cafeteria to eat breakfast. I usually take a shower but when I have enough time. I have my classes all of which start very early in the morning. So I have to arrive at the school by 8:00. I like to do my exercises such as weight training. So, every time I have my spare time, I work out in my room as much as I can, because we don’t have gym in subic. These days, however, I have been worried that I have gotten so fat, because I like eating junk-food at night and we take a delivery from chicken restaurant. But, in order to lose my weight, I’ve cut down on junk food. Besides, I have tried to work out in my room five days a week and I have pushed up than running. But In order to have my body look nice, I know that I should combine both aerobic exercise and weight training. Although I also know that it’s not easy to do this regularly and properly. While I am in the class, I try to keep focusing on my class lectures in order to get some good grades for achieving school scholarship. When school finishes, I go to my room and take a rest. If I need some books to read, but I go to the library. When I arrive at my room in the TIARA Hotel, I turn on my laptop to watch some movies or listen to music. I study English with my roommates, though not every day. These days, I have a lot of interest in improving English skills. So when I take a rest, I watch the American drama to be helpful my abilities. I used to imagine myself entering a good company after I graduate at the university. When I imagine myself to be a sales person, it always makes me feel happy. My motto is to have a positive mind. So I always imagine that I will have my life happy. |
