It is an interesting course because you’re not just studying about the food, but also its origin. In the near future, if I become successful in this career, I want to put up a business, which is having my own restaurant. I’m not only the owner, but also the C.E.O. of this business. This will be a Chinese-Korean restaurant, a combination of Chinese-Korean food. I found my inspiration in having this kind of restaurant in the Philippines, when I saw Chowking. A combination of Chinese-Filipino recipe and for what I have observed, this restaurant catches the taste of every person not only Filipinos or Chinese but almost all nationalities. Just like me for example, I’ve been there so many times. I think having this kind of business will be successful. So the best thing I need to do right now is work and study hard. I will focus also on Chinese food so that I can create a good combination of recipe from China and Korea. I know I’ll be successful in this career. My real motivation is to make all people happy and to make my family proud of me. |
