It was one of philippines best trademark many believe that if you will visit philippines you must try to eat Balot! It is scary the way I imagine it because it is a baby duck egg. It was very disturbing for me to try it because thinking about makes me want to vomit. At first, I don't understand why they have to eat that but later on, I understand what can we get from eating balot. Balot is very good for our health because it has a lot or protein and if you feel weak just try one and you will be in good condition again. But make it sure that you won't eat too much because balot is high in cholesterol. I tried to eat one . At first, i'm scared because of how it looked like but because of the challenge i tried it and i found out that it's not bad at all. |
